How to Set Up and Change your Mailbox Name and Greeting

From your phone:

1. Press the envelope button on the phone, or dial 8+extension number (ie: 8201)
2. When you hear your current greeting, dial *
3. When prompted for a passcode, Enter your passcode. Contact your system administrator if you’re unsure what it is.
4. You will be in the menu system for the mailbox with options to record your name, greeting, and more
5. Select the appropriate option and record
