You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including anything you have provided to us, and you can request that we erase it. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How to make a request
Email info@brandywinetech.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address on the account
- The phone number on the account
- Whether you want an export, a deletion, or both
We will confirm receipt and let you know when the request has been completed. If you'd rather do it over the phone, call 888-413-2131, Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST.
